ELECTRICITY: 220 volts. Place your room card into the card slot, which you will find beside the door as you enter your room. This ensures that the electricity is turned on. To use the cooker, turn on the corresponding switch and the time switch. There is a socket in the bathroom which is solely for electric shavers. It has an outlet of 125 volts.EMERGENCY EXITS: In each of the Hotel`s hallways you will find security doors, fire extinguishers and exit signs. Please read carefully the emergency plan that you will find on the door in your room. EXCURSIONS: In reception we will attend you gladly.

LAUNDRY: We have a room available with a washing machine and a dryer that work with coins. You will find it on the third floor, opposite room 301 where you can also find utilities to iron free of charge. If you wish to send your clothes to the laundry for washing and ironing, you can request it at the Reception where you will be informed of the prices. The return is made in a maximum time of 24 hours.LUGGAGE ROOM: At the hall there is a place where you can store your luggage on your entry day or your departure day. OUTDOOR POOL: It is allowed to swim from 10am until 7pm from June until mid-September. The rest of the season is from 10am until 6pm. Please do not use it after these times for respect of other guests and to facilitate the correct water purification. The outdoor pool is opened from mid-April until mid-October. It`s not permitted to move the sun beds from the pool area. It is not permitted to reserve the sun beds.OUTGOING MAIL: There is a daily mail collection (about 12 o`clock) except Sundays. You may leave any correspondence at Reception.
PLAYGROUND: You will find it on the garden that is by the ramp access to the Hotel, we kindly ask you to stay with your child during the use of these facilities.POOL TOWELS: If you wish, Ponent Mar offers a towel rental service for the pool. SEWING KIT: In Reception we have a sewing kit that you can use.SAFE: They are located in the wardrobe of your room. To activate it, press the red button you will find in the superior part of the door. Then, enter 6 digits, of your choice, followed by “#”. At this point your safe has memorized your code. To open or close your safe, you must enter the same 6 digits, followed by “#”. When the green light is on, turn the lock to open or close. Please leave your safe opened on your departure day.SATELLITE TV: There are English, Spanish, French and German channels. In our TV system you can also find radio channels. SECURITY: We have a night watchman in the Hotel complex. We also have an extensive system of security cameras 24 hours a day. During the night, please remember that others are sleeping. SKY POOL TERRACE: You can access it by going up the elevators at the hall to the 9th floor. At the entrance you will find the opening hours and the rules of the pool. Its use and enjoyment is exclusive for adults only. SMALL APPLIANCE: Apart from the small appliances that are in your room we have others, on request. Please, ask Reception and they will supply them if they have any. SPA: Our Spa is located on the 3rd floor. Open all year round. The schedules can be found at the entrance. We have an "ADULTS ONLY" schedule and at certain times children are also allowed to enter (12:00-16:00), as long as they are accompanied by an adult. If you wish to book a beauty treatment, a sports or relaxing massage, do not hesitate to contact our SPA staff. SUPERMARKET: It is located on the third floor, below the hall. In it, you will find a wide range of products at competitive prices with the convenience of not having to leave the Hotel. (Due to the low occupancy of the hotel, our supermarket is closed)
